What do you do with the access to my email?
We use our technology to discover your accounts from your inbox, and better yet, we take a privacy-first approach.

We ask to have a read permission for your inbox because it's the most limited permission we can use to discover your providers. Monadd never reads any of your emails. We only get very limited information (like service provider email address) from an already filtered list of emails. The content of your emails never leaves the Gmail server.

We capture new user information via direct input from the user. We present it to the service provider via a one time page on our web app

How do you guarantee your email notifications are secured?
We have implemented SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication Reporting & Conformance) permissions to ensure our email connections are secure, authenticated and are able to avoid spoofing, forgery, and prevent spam. What do I need to do?
We provide webhooks where you can define endpoints that we will ping on user action. We have a standardized response format we expect the endpoint you expose to us to return so we know that the action was successful.We have a number of ways to authenticate ourselves and identify the user on behalf of whom the action is taken. Your endpoint will need to confirm to one of those.
Are there special requirements for integration?
We provide a service for individuals to inform their service providers of address changes when they move via our web platform. Hence, we require a specific authentication process to enable transfer and update of customer address info by you.
What if I don't have these requirements?
We will work with you and your tech team to implement a bespoke API.
